Entrance & Entry Flow
The park has four entrance gates. Each gate connects to a different part of the park and serves different parking zones. This guide explains the entry process from parking through to initial park orientation.
Gate Locations and Access Points
Entrance gates at large theme parks are designed to manage high visitor volumes efficiently.
BLVD World has four entrance gates, each connected to a distinct external road approach and internal park zone. Gates are identified by number (1–4) and are marked with consistent signage on all approach roads.
| Gate | Location | Parking Zones | Nearest Zone | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gate 1 | North entrance, main boulevard | A, B | Heritage Quarter | Main entrance — highest traffic |
| Gate 2 | West entrance, bypass road | B, C | Adventure Canyon / World Showcase | Recommended for thrill route visits |
| Gate 3 | East entrance, ring road junction | C | Discovery Pavilion | Least congested gate |
| Gate 4 | South entrance, waterfront road | D | Waterfront Promenade | Best for evening arrivals |
Reduce entry wait times: Gate 1 serves the majority of visitors and has the longest entry queues at opening and during peak arrival windows (18:00–20:00 on weekends). If your route allows it, entering via Gate 3 consistently offers the shortest entry queue at any time of day.
Parking Zones
The park provides free surface parking divided into four zones (A, B, C, D). Each zone is served by pedestrian paths that connect to the corresponding gate. All parking zones are clearly signed from the approach roads.
| Parking Zone | Connected Gate(s) | Walk to Gate | Accessible Spaces |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zone A | Gate 1 | 3–5 min | Yes – front section |
| Zone B | Gate 1, Gate 2 | 5–8 min | Yes – marked bays |
| Zone C | Gate 2, Gate 3 | 4–6 min | Yes – marked bays |
| Zone D | Gate 4 | 3–5 min | Yes – front section |
Overflow parking is available in a secondary lot west of Zone C. This lot is activated during peak periods and is served by a shuttle bus that runs continuously between the overflow lot and Gate 2.
What to Prepare Before Arrival
Tickets
Tickets are not sold at the gate. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the park's official booking system. Tickets can be digital (QR code on mobile) or printed. Both formats are accepted at all four gates.
Group bookings of ten or more visitors require the lead contact to present the booking reference alongside individual QR codes. Group processing queues are located at the far-left lane of each gate's entry array.
Identity Verification
Visitors may be asked to present a valid form of identity at the ticket scanning point, particularly when the ticket was purchased on behalf of another person. Accepted forms include national ID cards and valid passports.
Prohibited Items
Certain item categories are not permitted inside the park. Bag screening takes place at all gates. Items subject to review include:
- Large backpacks and luggage (over 15 litres) — subject to security inspection
- Food and beverages from outside the park — not permitted in most zones
- Professional photography equipment with detachable lenses over 150mm
- Drones and remote-controlled aerial devices
- Selfie sticks — not permitted on ride platforms
A dress code is in effect at the park in accordance with local regulations. Visitors are advised to review the dress guidelines before arrival. Entry will be declined to visitors not meeting the dress requirements. The full dress code is available at the park's official booking platform and at gate information desks.
The Entry Process Step by Step
-
1
Park in your chosen parking zone
Follow parking zone signage from the approach road. All zones are free of charge. Accessible parking bays are located nearest the pedestrian path to the gate.
-
2
Walk to the gate along the pedestrian path
Pedestrian paths from parking zones are surfaced and lit. All paths are wheelchair accessible. Gate 1's pedestrian path is the widest and most clearly signed.
-
3
Join the entry lane queue
Each gate has between 6 and 12 scanning lanes operating simultaneously. Standard and accessibility lanes are clearly marked. Family lanes (wider spacing) are on the right side of each gate array.
-
4
Bag screening
All bags pass through a security screen before the ticket scanner. This is a single process point; bags do not need to be opened unless flagged by the screening equipment. Allow additional time during peak entry windows.
-
5
Ticket scan
Present your QR code (on mobile or printed) to the scanner. Ensure your screen brightness is at maximum if using a mobile device. The scanner confirms the ticket and the turnstile opens.
-
6
Collect park map at the information point
All gates have an information point immediately inside the entry. Park maps, show schedules, and accessibility guides are available here in printed form. A digital version is accessible via the park's QR code link.
First Steps Inside the Park
Each gate opens into a short introductory space before the first zone begins. This space contains the information point, locker rental counters, a first aid station, and prayer rooms (at Gate 1 and Gate 4).
From Gate 1, the Grand Concourse is accessible within 2 minutes of walking. The Grand Concourse is the best point from which to orient yourself using the large directional pylons visible from all approach paths.
Directional Signage at Gate 1
The directional signage at Gate 1's exit zone shows colour-coded arrows for each of the seven zones. Distances shown are to the zone entry arch rather than to specific attractions within the zone.
Heritage Quarter
Immediate — Zone starts at gate exit
Discovery Pavilion
650 m via North Corridor (~8 min)
Fantasy Realm
350 m via Grand Concourse (~5 min)
Adventure Canyon
800 m via Heritage Quarter (~10 min)
Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry to the park is permitted within the same day for guests who exit through any staffed gate exit point. At exit, a re-entry hand stamp or wristband is issued by gate staff. This must be visible on re-entry. Re-entry does not require re-scanning the original QR code.
Re-entry is not available after 22:00. Visitors who exit after this time cannot re-enter the park for that visit date.
Exiting for meals outside the park: The re-entry policy supports visitors who wish to leave for meals and return. Gate 4 is the most practical exit point for this purpose, as the Waterfront Promenade zone is the last zone visited on the recommended full-day route, and several external restaurant options are located on the approach road to Gate 4.
